Aha Psychological Services is working hard to contribute its share in addressing unemployment. Several studies depicted that employers are challenged with scarcity of the right applicants for the jobs. They often complain about the competency and skills of job seekers. In order to contribute its share in addressing these gaps, Aha is working with TVETs to build their capacity. More importantly, it is giving training and other technical supports for TVET community, staff of BoLEID, JMSPs and employers. Furthermore, Birtu Web Portal will facilitate job matching for these stakeholders. Aha also has established a Career Development Center which can be a model for the partner TVETs.
